OneRetain49 is a predictive AI algorithm that was designed and built using Bayesian Networks. It was tested over a period of one year on approximately 53,000 of data points.

Our AI engine is designed to measure engagement and predict lawyer turnover.

The CORE section of the model focuses on nine critical factors that impact engagement – Workplace, Organizational Excellence, Rewards, Work Conditions, Self, Culture, Job Engagement, Manager/Partner and Organizational Dynamics.

The DATA level analysis leverages 29 additional dimensions such as Work Environment, Commitment to Quality, Workload, Autonomy and Empowerment, Wellbeing and others. These dimensions provide a human-centric view of the factors leading to engagement, burnout risk, and turnover.

The INSIGHT level allows us to get even more precision around the core factors that influenced lawyer specific engagement for Job, Manager/Partner and Organizational Dynamics such as Meaningful Work, Individual Potential Realization, Sense of Purpose, Growth Opportunities and others.
